Very heavy , they couldn't bring it upstairs, glad I was home to receive it because they would have left it outside .. for such an expensive table I was expecting better quality on the wood , wood is chipping and the metal corners coming off place , the felt is kinda thin and has a couple of bumps also is peeling a lot , table is never adjusted it feels on some places that it is not even and the balls look like they are going in weird patterns . Even though we leveled the table and adjusted the legs a few times! Also don't bend or sit on the table it's just gonna throw it off balance .. bench seats could have been a little taller , we are kind short and our chest is right where the table starts , so you have to get up to reach something in case you are dining on it . Also , be careful and add protection at the tabletop because it will stain quick .. I think we are making it work but it's sad to have these details to annoy us .. sadly there is nothing we can do .

I saw many reviews of this item being delivered broken but also saw many that arrived well. In my case I was in the bad. The package was destroy. The top of the pool table with a hole and scratches. This is disappointing and sad because we wanted this to be set up for new years. Don’t waste your money and your time looking at this. It also never arrived when scheduled

This table top is not true and you get some wonky rolls - pretty minimal considering it is not slate. Nonetheless a great table for the price. It's super heavy and the construction is good. I would highly recommend the purchase of new cues as the ones included are light and not straight. The customer service from this company is A+++++++++++ I would definitely recommend this table to anyone looking for a fun family thing to do - love the size and the look is solid and high end. The benches that come with are nice, solid and provide great storage for the ping pong paddles, balls etc . . . GREAT PURCHASE

The table was delivered on time and packaged very well to protect the table. It took about 2.5 hours to put together with the help another person. You will need help flipping the table over. It’s pretty heavy. But it looks great and it’s a nice family table for fun and dining.

The table looks great and plays well- or at least good enough where at my skill level I can't tell much difference between it and a bar table. The benches are much heavier than I expected, they're not flimsy at all. Everything went together pretty easily. My only minor complaint is with the table tennis paddles and the pool cues. The cues are extremely light, they might be ok for kids but most adults will probably prefer something with a bit more weight. Likewise, the paddles are a bit small for adult hands. Overall, it's great!

Came with damaged cloth - had a hole in it and also the metal bolts were scratched- definitely ruined it for us as we were not expecting a defected item minus the fact that it shipping was delayed twice

This is an amazing table, comes with seats, great billiards table and turns into a pingpong table. Great for entertainment and highly recommended. Had problems with the shippment but the seller was very helpful and on top of and helped out a lot and stayed on top of it

The table looks great, but you will never get it level. The table bows up in the middle, so all the balls roll towards the side of the playing field.
