My horse Nemo is wearing a muzzle and the pads that came with the muzzle did not help with rubbing. I added these and they are helping greatly. Easy to put on the halter, and fit well. They have stayed on through all kinds of weather and all the hair is growing back where the halter was rubbing prior to purchasing the fleece covers. Highly recommend!

I wear a CPAP mask at night for sleep apnea. The elastic straps on the headgear leave marks on my cheeks every morning. I previously purchased some cheek pads offered specifically for CPAP users, but they were thin and flimsy. These horse cushions are soft, fluffy, and comfortable. The Velcro is strong and sewn securely all the way down the length of each pad. I only needed two small pieces, but since I’ve paid $12 before for two flimsy pieces, this 9-piece set was a great bargain, and of much better quality. I now have extras to use while two are in the wash. I can cut the larger pieces to have extras as needed. I was so delighted to find these, and I don’t even own a horse! You should market a set of the smaller pads to CPAP users! PS - I love the pink color. ... show more

Low pile fleece, minimal/moderate 'padding', comes vacuum packed. Is 'velour soft' once it lofts up. Not exactly what I was expecting, but it'll work for back up fleece pieces. Purchased as additional padding for the leg straps on a dog mobility/ lift harness and on the wheelchair saddle.

I bought these covers to fit on my mares bridle as the leather has been rubbing and chaffing her face. I love the fact that the pieces feel so soft and are easy to fit around the bridle. I had to mix and match some of the lengths to fit around the cheek pieces but I am really happy with how they fit and look and they protect my mares face from any further irritation. I love that every single piece that you need to cover in a halter is cut accordingly. I don't them all, but I have used them on the muzzle to keep from rubbing my horses muzzle!
