We had a major fiasco trying to get this delivered due to technical difficulties within the Fedex system. The carrier did eventually give us a 86 refund because of the mix up. The bed is adorable,…our grandaughter loves it. Putting together was a nightmare. 48 screws missing…many trips to Home Depot..but finally got it put together

One of the atatment peices were missing on the planter box but it seems pretty sturdy. Some of the wood chips easily and gave me a splinter. I wish I could switch the side the slats were on. I will have to have that professionally adjusted. I also wish it were higher weight limit and easier to mount to the wall. I had to custom build a brace to anchor it to the studs. This is any kids dream bed. I would buy again even with having to modify it.

The design of this bunkbed is out of this world! it's so cute. However, They need improve their packing quality, Some pieces are Not pre-drilled, Not sanded enough. There were missing screws - 2 of hex flat head 100mm, half threaded screw(#2). Went to lowe's and found something similar. But They actually compensated the hardware & hassel. Overall, This is great bed. My 4 & soon to be 8 yo are in love with this bed. And THIS DOES takes 4+ hours to build. My husband builds things from scratch as hobby so he thought this would be piece of cake but Well... lol It's not Premium grade, but it is very decent, and super pretty bed!
