I am very pleased with these boots, especially for the price (I got mine for less than $100). They run SLIGHTLY large, but the stock insoles are very thin, so I just put in a good set of quality insoles and they fit fine now. I am typically a Frye and Ariat fan for boots, but I wanted something with a little bit more rugged feel for everyday use. These boots do not disappoint. The matte leather looks great and the soles look like they're well constructed and will last for years. They are Goodyear welt, so they can easily be replaced by a shoe repair shop, too. The zipper is excellent quality and they'r easy to get on and off. The boots are also relatively lightweight and they have broken in very quickly. I wore them for the first time on a Monday and by Thursday I was able to wear them for 17 hours with absolutely zero discomfort. I can't even do that in my favorite pair of Frye boots that cost 4X more than these. One thing to note: If they feel a little narrow at first, give it a few days. I have an average to slightly wide foot and they felt a little tight at first. After a couple of days of break-in, the width is perfect. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised with these boots. I was a little skeptical of the boots being imported and that Harley might just be a name without the quality to back it up. I can tell you there's no need to worry. These have already become my daily boot and I will definitely get them again if these ever wear out. ... show more

These are my favorite boots that I've ever had. I wear them every single day because I ride or may ride every day and they are always comfortable and stylish enough for work. Wearing and riding every day, I get right at two years of use before I feel like I need to replace them. Mostly it's because the sole gets pretty worn and the non-slip characteristics are drastically reduced. The leather is buttery soft and very comfortable on the first day of wearing them. First off - I don't own a Harley and didn't buy these boots to "fit in". If you've looked for motorcycle boots, you know the choices are pretty limited. Harley happens to have a pretty good selection of styles. I have a prosthetic leg and cannot bend my ankle so buying boots is a huge challenge. I wanted riding boots that I did not need to lace up and would provide the support and grip needed for motorcycle riding. These boots are not too tall, have zippers on the sides for easy on and off, and they look nice. Are they perfect? Nope, but they are pretty darn good and have become my go to boots for warm weather. They have no lining and seem to run a little bit large. I put a set of insoles in them to tighten them up a bit. The leather is not overly thick so they are pretty pliable but not floppy. They have a great grip when stopped so your feet don't slip out from under you. I like these boots a lot and will buy another pair of them when these wear out. ... show more

They look great, fit well, no spots inside to rub my feet (sometimes there are seams etc that will rub against your feet making shoes very uncomfortable after long wear), I like the ankle support, even the zipper has an extra backing to protect from snags (I wish my jeans had that). My wife's first comment after seeing them was and I quote "they have really good soles" which they do, slip resistant even on wet floors, they are thick so you do not feel what you are walking on (unlike a lot of western boots I have worn) and they should last a long time. Lastly they are not heavy on my feet like some boots, and they do not rub on my leg (which I have also had boots do). Why did you pick this product vs others?: Outstanding and extremely comfortable. They seem to run a little big. Had to return one to get these, but no fault to HD-part of buying clothing or footwear online. I have been looking for a good calf-height boot for quite some time and bought this via the Amazon Warehouse Deals for $62. I would guess it had been exchanged by someone else which saved me $50 and I couldn't tell someone had worn it. I have always had great luck with the Warehouse Deals. Anyhow, the boot fit as expected but was not overly comfortable. I broke them in and will wear them when I ride but I would encourage others to consider buying a half size larger then you normally would and put a good insole in for better comfort. I do really like the side zipper feature and while I have only been wearing them for a couple of months I don't expect the zipper to fail as it appears to be well constructed. Overall a decent quality boot that could have been a great quality boot had the manufacturer put another $10 into the insole design. ... show more
