The media could not be loaded. The issue I've been having with sanding small crevices doing woodworking is very tight locations and where I cannot sand or do fine finishing. And while I have the corded products, they don't have the speed control like it does with this so fine tuning the tool has been much better using this rotary tool. There are many accessories that come with it and plenty to choose from. I also don't have to worry of the cord getting in the way either. The light is helpful sometimes where I would otherwise need to shine my flashlight. Having five speed settings have really been a great feature of this tool 😀👍 ... show more

Wish I had this product mega-years ago. As a retired Mold maker, Tool and Die maker, Machinist, Prototype maker, etc. This product would have made my job so much easier and more accurate. Used a much heaver Dumor brand grinder which made the jobs much more difficult. Even engraving is much more accurate and simpler. At $25.00 including tax you cannot beat this fantastic tool. Now that I have used it for many things, including grinding my Fungus thickened toenails, I would easily give One Hundred Dollars for it's replacement. ... show more

The tool came without instructions. The the bits were all too large to fit into what was the only opening available and shown in the diagram. There was no explanation as to what the different bits were for. I was unable to figure out how to connect them. In the absence of instructions the tool was totally worthless. I returned it. I believe there was a statement about the danger of using the tool improperly but what good was that when they don't tell you what constitutes proper use. ... show more

    • They not kidding when they said, "Meant for light work".
This is really meant for light work. I just wanted to drill some holes in my Model M keyboard for a bolt mod. I used the lowest torque setting, and as soon as it was biting into the plastic, it seized up. LED was on, couldn't turn it off. I actually had to take the rotary tool apart, as it was put together with 4 screws, and unplug the battery. Good thing, as when I reattached the battery, it reset. Did this 3 other times. I gave up and just started with the highest torque. Was able to finish my project that way. It's a good enough tool, but like I said. Light projects only, and just use the highest setting. Don't bother starting slow. ... show more

    • Useful little rotary tool!
Not as versatile as a good ol’ plug in Dremmel, but certainly more convient and will still do about 85% of jobs the dremmel can. Inlike the thinner diameter and built in light. Comes in a nice little case with a gold beginner assortment of bits. The knurrled securement nut is only hand tightenable, I think thats on purpase so you dont try using this for anything heavy duty. This is great for cleaning up 3D prints. I would recommend this primarily for plastics, wood, ceramics and maybe glass etching. If you are trying to cut thru a steel bolt or pipe id switch over to a plug in rotary tool with a collet that can be wrench tightened. Still, for the diy craftsperson this is a nice option thats less tedious, and more handy than pulling out the Dremmel. ... show more

Instructions would have been helpful to explain how to use every piece, which is why I gave it four, rather than five stars. Because of that, I don’t recommend this rotary tool for a beginner. However, for someone experienced there are a number of accessories to choose from for any project. The light is also helpful when doing fine finishing or sanding small crevices and tight areas.
