I recently ordered the 3X blue top for my husband who normally wears a 2X. He measures 21 inches in the shoulder and the sizing indicated that the 3X would be a better fit there. It was right. The shirt fit him perfect as a regular fit top. The sleeves are perfect and so is the length. He had no movement restrictions. The material is soft and lightweight, which is perfect for southern so called winter weather.
