It looks like a high end blazer from a very expensive, department store or boutique… The fabric is beautiful, the buttons are perfect, and yes, the sleeves have three buttons on each sleeve, and it is fully lined! I am buying one in every color, and can only hope that this company will make more blazers in this style in different fabrics and offer them up here on Amazon… If they made matching skirts, these would pass for extremely expensive women’s suits, that would be perfect for business. The blazer is beautiful and well made. It drapes well and looks high quality. However, the buttons are horrible and cheap looking. One was off in the package. My recommendation is to keep the blazer and change out the buttons. Good quality buttons will immediately elevate this blazer. My message for the manufacturer is to put on better buttons for the price you are asking.

I'm a frequent shopper at Amazon ( like almost several times a week) but I've never written a review, but this blazer just blew me away!! First off it was an overnight delivery for Prime members..so great. But the quality of the fabric was a notch above my expectations ( my search was for a "tweed look blazer"). We are headed to London next week and this will work very well for fashionable travel and warmth. It is lined , drapes nicely, fit is as expected ( I ordered a medium 5'1 118 38D ) . There were some reviews about the buttons, but they look appropriate to me and I will replace if need. Buy this, you won't ne sorry!!
