The tires are great. The installation company was awful!! They told me I should send the tires back and then tried to sell me some of their own. He told me and my wife and family would not be safe with those tires so I should buy his. He then tried to charge me for installation again. He didn’t believe me when I told him I already paid for it. I told him to show me on the computer screen how much I owe. Then I pointed to his screen where it said prepaid! Tires got separated into 2 tires per bundle for a total of 4 tires. Problem was of of the bundles was lost by UPS after arrival at distribution center at my hometown. One set of 2 tires arrived.as advertised but the other 2 arrived a week later. UPS made me start a claim and would not release information so that i could get my claim in for the replacement. I still think that someone on my end has 2 tires on their vehicle that were not paid for. Overall outstanding performance after the tires were mounted balanced, and alignment was performed. This is my first time using Hankook tires. They were recommended by a friend for my Monte Carlo SS. I have only driven about 50 miles so far but I am very pleased with the tires. I have only driven in dry conditions so I will add information once I get some wet weather driving in. They mounted up with no problems, although they did take a little more weight to balance 2 of them than I expected. I like that they make a variety of sizes to accommodate older cars and trucks and offer an alternative to BFG Radial TAs, which I have never been very impressed with. I replaced a set of Firestone Indy 500 tires that I really liked but they no longer make. I will update my review as I get more seat time. ... show more

I used Goodyear and Donrup tires Those are all Side wall cracking problem within 3 years I never buy Goodyear product again ,anymore even free to me , Never purchase again Goodyear tire ,terribly worst tire , ( Toyo ,Gumho , Hankook , are best for price ) my experience I used Hankook tires 5 years ago still very good condition each ($90) paid , this Korean made Hankook tire is very trust and earnest business make me very happy. 🤗🤗🤗.
