I toke the advice of other reviewers and ordered a size up. I usually wear a medium but ordered a large. I washed it before I wore it as it was a little "stiff". It may have shrunk a little, but it is definitely small for a large. I like the cotton because it is not flingy.

I love the all cotton shirts - I bought these for yard work. I usually wear a M in shirts, but bought these in L to make sure they were roomy enough, they fit like a M though. Colors are great, would suggest sizing up a size or two. I will buy more but will go for XL to make sure they are a little roomier! Have a Hanes t-shirts I've had for many, many years.......these are def thinner material, but great for FL hot weather, whether casually or for yard work! I purchased 3 Hanes long sleeve shirts. The shirts shrunk after the dryer. The body of the shirt shrinks one size but the sleeves shrink significantly. I purchased medium and after washing and drying, I have 3 junior sizes. The sleeves shrunk and wear like compression garments. Great price but do not toss in the dryer, wear wrinkled. ... show more
