I bought these on a wing and a prayer, knowing I was going to need stockings or tights fast, as my FIL was on hospice. I'd never tried them before, so I didn't know what to expect. I actually bought two pairs, in case they were flimsy and ran easily. That was 2 months ago. I needn't have worried. The day came, and when I tell you these are the BEST STOCKINGS EVER! They slid on easily, molded to me without binding - even at the waist or my inner thigh crease! (You know what I'm talking about!) As I was pulling them on, I felt the stocking catch on a rough spot on my nails. I thought for sure I'd run them, but NO. And they remained comfortable - and un-run - all day and into the late evening. I'm over 50, and I have never been so pleased or impressed by a pair of stockings. Never. ... show more
