This is an amazing sweater it is thin but it's perfect for this type of weather when it's not too hot not too cold or you just want a little something to stop the wind or something a little fashionable to go with your outfit. For the price you can't beat it & it's good quality the only thing I didn't like was the bottom did stretch out a little bit by where it starts to zipper up I wish that had a little elastic or something in it but other than that it's an amazing hoodie and I would buy another one. And I already washed it multiple times and nothing happened there's no holes there's nothing wrong with it, I'm very pleased. I'm 5'3 179lb and I got an extra large I like my stuff to be comfortable and it fit perfect.

I have been searching all the Earth for a hoodie made from light enough fabric to be useful in the summer. I was so delighted when I found this, that I ordered five of them. However when I washed the gray one, which is a different fabric blend containing nylon, it shrank. The sleeves are tight, and it's no longer true to size. You can see from the picture that the identical hoodie in Navy is quite a bit larger now. Both have been washed in cold water. Neither have ever been in the dryer. If you want the gray color, then I recommend ordering a size up. Warm weather update: Now that the season has turned humid and warm, I'm finding the fabric not nearly as cool as I thought it was. Even though it's light enough to see through, the 100% cotton is not cool. Furthermore, it's much stiffer than I'd like, and not as comfortable as I thought it would be. The perfect fabric for a summer hoodie is the one I have had for 10 years: a simple 60% cotton 40% polyester knit. It's stretchy, comfortably cool, and incredibly durable. The other hoodie Hanes makes is the fiber composition I want, but they make it into a terry cloth, so it's way too hot for summer. I'm disappointed and frustrated. And I have a whole closet full of uncomfortable hoodies.

I have always had a black light weight jacket on hand for cold restaurants or chilly evenings in the summer. My perfect one was always at Walmart but lately its hard to find them. The last one I bought was too heavy with fleece inside. This one though is my new favorite that works perfectly for the summer. Cool mornings walking, cold restaurants, or chilly evenings. Its Hanes! This is the perfect summer hoodie. Very lightweight. Price was really good. Can use in grocery store (I get chilly in my grocery store). I have not washed it yet. I hope it doesn’t wrinkle. I’m 5’3” and 160 lbs. Bought xl. fits kind or big and sleeves too long, but that’s not a big deal.

I wanted a lightweight hoodie and it is but it's 100% cotton so make sure you order a bigger size because it does shrink and when it shrinks it also takes away from the length. So just be aware, I ordered the Briny pink because it said it was a coral color which it really isn't it's still pink I almost want to say that they sent me the pink one but I'm not sure on that anyway I'm going to keep it because I do want a lightweight one and I did return one because I knew it was going to shrink a lot so I got another one.
