I bought a large and washed it and high heat and it shrunk to fit almost perfectly for my build. If you have been lifting daily, counting calories, dieting, refusing to eat, dreaming about the way people are going to stare at your abs, making weird videos of yourself topless on YouTube, filling your camera roll with selfies, then do not get this. I was very impressed with this shirt especially when considering the low price. The material is comfortable, and the fit is great. I wear consistently large shirts and on dress shirts a 16.5" neck and this one in size large fits comfortably around the neck and chest areas with just the right amount of room in the waist. The sleeve length is also perfect - they go down to about 2" or less from the elbow. The white color is bright and washes and dries easily with no wrinkles. Pleasantly surprised at the fit and quality. For the price, these are decent shirts. The fabric is a little thin but it's summer and i dont want heavy fabric so it keeps me cooler than other shirts. The length is also decent, as i usually wear a tall, i didnt need to get a tall with these shirts.

For me the sizing was smaller. For reference I am 6’ 5” tall and about 250. I fit 3x shirts all day and in some cases 2x, long sleeve, short sleeve, t-shirts, doesn’t matter.
