Surprisingly nice pullover. I was hesitant to try this thing, because these types of half jackets normally don’t look good on me, but this one is actually really good looking. I’m 6’ 240lbs and the XXL fits me perfectly. The material is soft cotton, zipper is smooth, stitching all looks good, and the fit is perfect. I wish it had a black zipper, as the silver stands out quite a bit, but it didn’t look bad as/is. I also like that it’s not super heavy; it’s pretty lightweight. I’m really impressed with this pullover. It’s that classic, reliable Hanes quality, and it checks all the boxes for an everyday pullover. First, the color is gorgeous. I got the deep forest shade, and it looks even better in person. It has that rich, slightly muted tone that works with pretty much anything and feels a little more elevated than a basic sweatshirt. The fit is true to size for me. It has a comfortable, slightly relaxed feel without being oversized or sloppy. Easy to throw on and go, whether it’s for errands, lounging, or layering. The fabric is a great midweight. Not too heavy, not too thin, so it works across seasons. It’s soft on the inside and holds its shape well after washing, which is exactly what I expect from this brand. I also used my Cricut Maker 4 to customize it, and it worked really well for that. The material handled HTV nicely and gave a clean, professional-looking result, which is always a win for projects. Overall, this is just a really solid pullover.     • My husband’s new favorite sweatshirt he can wear year round

My husband has lots of Hanes sweatshirts but he especially likes this new one due to how versatile it is. It’s lighter weight and thinner than his other sweatshirts. This one literally works year round. We’re currently in Springtime and he wears it mornings and evenings over a t shirt. He can also layer over it when it gets colder outside. The ribbed hem and cuffs give it a bit more style and a neater appearance than his other sweatshirts. He also likes the quarter zip up for a more laid back relaxed fit, and it makes removing it easier. It seems to have more structure as well, likely due to the reinforced stitching in the arms and neck. It runs true to size and is long enough for my 6 foot husband in both length and arms. It washed well inside out in cold water and I hung it to dry. There was no pilling and it held its shape nicely, with no noticeable shrinkage.
