I bought this sweatshirt for a very specific, very nerdy reason: I was cosplaying Leela from Futurama at my annual Halloween party, and thought it would be adorable to wear Fry's signature red jacket. The sweatshirt itself? 10/10 Super soft Lightweight but still cozy Not bulky or stiff like some unisex sweatshirts can be Fits true to size and looks great with pretty much anything I love it so much, I’m already tempted to go back and buy it in every color But here’s the best part: My uncle showed up dressed as Cartman from South Park... and we were wearing the EXACT same sweatshirt. Fry and Cartman, unintentionally twinning. We had a good laugh over it 😂 Overall, fantastic quality, comfy as heck, and apparently versatile enough to work for both Futurama and South Park cosplays. This Hanes hoodie is the perfect entry level zip up that looks good, fits perfectly, is reasonably priced and just feels right. I own Arborwear double thick hoodies (ridiculously heavy), Carhartt (quality control is spotty at best), Melanzana (love it) and Patagonia (good product but very expensive for what it is). I was looking for something to throw on when heading out with family / friends. The lining is comfy & doesn’t pill. Washed in cold water & dried on low heat. No shrinkage. Perfect amount of stretchiness. One gripe however is the way the drawstring is sewn into the back of the hood. Makes it difficult to snug up in colder temps. PLUS it was sewn into unevenly - left string 2 inches longer than right. Rather than return the hoodie I just pulled & cut the strings super short. Problem solved. See attached pictures. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality product that’s priced right. ... show more

Finally, a great zip up hoodie that fits true to size! I wear a 2xl in a pullover hoodie but most zip up hoodies are too small or short if I order 2xl. This Hanes hoodie is perfect though. Hanes quality is great and the price is amazing. I’ve already ordered other colors!

Too lazy to take a pic rn . This hoodie is perfect. It is a big size. I got 3 x. I have loose skin and large deposits from being 400 lbs growing up. Hard to find anything true to size and I always get the biggest available then worry about too loose later. I am picky. I only lile comfy clothes. Fabrics now leave my skin smelling gross (and yall too just so erryone knows ) and I hate being itchy or feeling closed in. No clothes fit the same. The 3 x fits perfect. Fits like a 4x with extra room. I have a grade 4 apron on my front regardless of weightloss so I need comfy clothes as im always in pain. This for surpassed the test. Bought in emergency after my clothes in the laundry room were stolen. Will be buying many more in a month or 2. ... show more

4 stars because the pockets are comically small. Other than that, the size fits well, it has metal zippers and is comfortable. The material is not too thick but also not too thin with just the right amount of stretchiness for me. I got this to wear on my morning walks and it keeps me warm, especially if I layer underneath.
