I bought red, black, white and green. Good quality Hanes cotton - like the old days. Compared to my other t-shirts the top was a bit wide and the waist was a bit narrow. I ordered these because they are Hanes and because they have a (hard to find) pocket!

I recommend purchasing one size up to account for shrinkage with normal wash and dry. These fit better then the ones with no pocket, these appear more fitted to the body. The pocketless beefy tee looked like a tent in the same size, it was retuned. I would purchase these pocket tees again and again! The white is great-NOT see through.

I needed more pocket T shirts. First, I got one pair of "Charcoal Heather," which is 60% cotton, 40% polyester. I thought a little polyester would make them look extra nice. Sorry, but they come out of the laundry layered in hair, and that's a little disgusting. I thought it's a problem with synthetics, and the polyester content. So when I needed even more pocket T's, I went for the "sure thing" and got two pairs of "Deep Royals," which their tags and the Amazon webpage says are 100% cotton. No synthetics. I am quite confused and disappointed that they also come out of the dryer -- layered with hair! I don't know what's happening. Dammit, Jim... I've got other, older pocket T's that also go into the laundry, but they come out of the dryer without any hair stuck to them. Only my new, 100% cotton Deep Royals and the 60/40% Charcoal Heathers are the only things that have hair stuck to them. I don't know why. If it's not a matter of synthetic vs. 100% cotton, then I don't know what else the problem could be. I don't like having to take clothing out of the dryer and pick hairs out of them. Because they don't launder well, I put my Royal Blues and Charcoal Heathers into the Goodwill pile. Otherwirse, the T's are a nice soft, substantial fabric. They are long enough to go below the belt, but a little stingy for tucking into the pants, like Captain Sweat Pants. They are "standard length." Other reviewers complained about them being tight around the tummy. They hug my belly a little, but the soft fabric stretches easily, so they were comfortable for me. Too bad I can't use them. If you have a little dandruff, I'd recommend a lighter color. Royal Blue is asking for trouble.

I was worried that these would be thin, cheap shirts. They are not. They are mid/heavy-weight cotton. Very high quality at a very low price. Fit is perfect.
