    • Good quality springs
These are fairly stiff. Their unloaded length is 1/2", and 1/4" fully compressed. I measured the spring constant to be 38.9 lb/in. So roughly 10 lb will fully compress the spring.

    • they're good, they're strong
its a bag of springs. they're good, they're strong, they work :) Took me quite a bit of force to cut them (they were a little long for my application) which is a good sign. They also spring back well and do not look like they will fatigue any time soon.

These are strong little springs that require a bit of force to compress. I purchased these to make a spring-loaded bolt action lock for my IKEA desk drawers. So far, so good.
