This thing is absolutely amazing. For a person who is bi, this is a game changer. The fact that it has interchangeable pieces is top notch. Each of which have vaibrators in them. The suction cup base is great and the fact that this thing can swivel 360° and pivot at almost just about any angle is phenomenal. Battery life is pretty doggone good. Love the discreet box it came in. You can also use the box as a storage case. The noise level is decent. Oh and did I mention it comes with a remote? This is a great toy for individuals or couples for solo or backdoor play. The remote controls the thrusting speed and vibration for the dildo attachment. Has a nice and strong suction base if you like to use it on the floor. For use on a bed you need to prop something to hold it in place or use your feet. The one thing I wish I knew is if there are other attachments that will fit on this. The thrusting distance is pretty good especially for the price point. It's a longer thrust distance than individual toys but a little less than the other machine products out there. This toy can separate for better storage but overall it's pretty large for a nightstand drawer but I make it fit. It works well. I recommend trying the different vibration settings on the dildo attachment (via remote). This toy is a little louder since there is more to it that just a thrusting dildo. The male masturbator isn't too deep but if you have a larger member like myself you might want a deeper fullness feel. That's a hard task to find on any male masturbator since most are under 7".

Ok. First thing you should know is that you need a flat solid surface. Not porous. Now that we have got that out of the way, this is the all in one toy you need. Not only is the thrusting for both attachments very consistent but both attachments will fit your body quite well. The external attachment hit that spot that you need perfectly with minimal time needed for adjustment. Once in, it feels phenomenal. There are three different speeds plus vibration settings. As it hits that perfect spot you can feel your body enjoying every bit of it. As for the other attachment, don't let the look scare you away. It feels great. The thrusting motion of the machine does all the work for you. Just lean back and enjoy. I have never had a better product than this when it comes to self care.
