I love this piece of equipment. I have a beautiful business called Above The Bar Soapery, where I hand make all of my natural bath body and personal care and I so disappointed that I waited so long to purchase this life saver. For years.... I have been jarring creams, oils, lotions and potions by hand. Wasting thousands of hours upon hours filling jar's and bottle's all by myself until I had enough. I LOVE THIS EQUIPMENT! Not only will it be an investment in growing your business it will save you so much time. I received my package in less than 48 hours. It was packaged extremely well it took me a little while to even get it out of the cardboard crate. But once I did get it out I could not stop gushing over how amazing it is. By the way I have ordered another one to really rev up production. Once you get it, you will have to clean it well because the company test it before it is shipped to you, and it is good practice to clean any equipment before use. It's also made very well. Thank you for a quality product.

I have it for one year and the transparent rubber seal inside became loose. It was leaking. After panicking for a few hours and not sure what to do as I was in the middle of bottling, I decided to take it off completely and put it back on. To my surprise, it worked and I am no bottling again. It is a bit heavy. It need to be taken apart and washed properly with warm water after every use.

It is tall, I need a step stool to fill the hopper. But it is easy to clean and to operate. I am currently filling jars of cream and it has sped up the process very nicely. Packing was unbelievable. Thihs could have survived a truck running over it!

The media could not be loaded. Machine worked 4 times only. I try to use it again few weeks later and it didn't work. Leaks a lot not just drops and don't stop leaking. I contact the manufacturer and they send me a video in Chinese. I try to email them but no respond all I got was an email to see the video how to remove the parts and put them together. Is bn more than a year and still can't use it. Not worth the money at all. I clean the machine every time I use it to leave it dry all the time. Really bad experience.

Honestly this is the best machine for my business I’ve ever purchased. I was nervous about buying, but I shouldn’t have put it off as long as I did. Highly recommend, and I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Great buy!!!
