Features 5
- For Liquid & PasteSuitable for various kinds of liquid and paste, such as wine, gel, shampoo, cream, sesame paste, ketchup, honey, etc. Comply with GMP requirement. Spare sealing rings have been packed in the package. Material with seeds or chunks please choose our large size horizontal piston filling machine.
- PTFE PistonPTFE material has chemical resistance, wear resistance, high toughness and strength. And the size of the piston has been precisely ground for many times to make it fit the hopper, so that the frictional resistance it receives is smaller, NO piston jams like some machines! The resistance when pressing is reduced by 30%, so it is more labor-saving to fill.
- Sturdy Structure and Humanized DesignEven though all A03 filling machines on the market look the same, there are differences inside. Internal gear we use is made of steel, not plastic used by some sellers. The filling nozzle is made of 304 stainless steel, not other cheaper and rusty material. Quality PTFE piston can be resistant to 200C(=392F). 2.6 Gallon capacity hopper can be easily removed for cleaning.
- Easy OperationCompared with penumatic version(A02), manual version(A03) does not need air compressor, and only need to press the handle manaully, durable material makes machine work stablely and accurately.
- TWO-YEAR WarrantyWe provide every our customer with TWO-YEAR warranty and lifetime technical support. And we respond any question within 24 hours. Warehouse in USA provides repair service.

My niece loves her gift
This was a gift for my niece who makes lotions body scrubs and candles. She says that it is easy to use, dispenses products smoothly. She is happy because she no longer has to use pipping bags to fill containers with product. She did say that initially it was a little difficult to clean, but it has become easier.

Don't wait or over think growing your production and business. Get yours now!
I love this piece of equipment. I have a beautiful business called Above The Bar Soapery, where I hand make all of my natural bath body and personal care and I so disappointed that I waited so long to purchase this life saver. For years.... I have been jarring creams, oils, lotions and potions by hand. Wasting thousands of hours upon hours filling jar's and bottle's all by myself until I had enough. I LOVE THIS EQUIPMENT! Not only will it be an investment in growing your business it will save you so much time. I received my package in less than 48 hours. It was packaged extremely well it took me a little while to even get it out of the cardboard crate. But once I did get it out I could not stop gushing over how amazing it is. By the way I have ordered another one to really rev up production. Once you get it, you will have to clean it well because the company test it before it is shipped to you, and it is good practice to clean any equipment before use. It's also made very well. Thank you for a quality product.

Updated. Good machine BUT
I have it for one year and the transparent rubber seal inside became loose. It was leaking. After panicking for a few hours and not sure what to do as I was in the middle of bottling, I decided to take it off completely and put it back on. To my surprise, it worked and I am no bottling again. It is a bit heavy. It need to be taken apart and washed properly with warm water after every use.

Great for a small business!
It is tall, I need a step stool to fill the hopper. But it is easy to clean and to operate. I am currently filling jars of cream and it has sped up the process very nicely. Packing was unbelievable. Thihs could have survived a truck running over it!

Didn't work
The media could not be loaded. Machine worked 4 times only. I try to use it again few weeks later and it didn't work. Leaks a lot not just drops and don't stop leaking. I contact the manufacturer and they send me a video in Chinese. I try to email them but no respond all I got was an email to see the video how to remove the parts and put them together. Is bn more than a year and still can't use it. Not worth the money at all. I clean the machine every time I use it to leave it dry all the time. Really bad experience.

Best tool ever!
Honestly this is the best machine for my business I’ve ever purchased. I was nervous about buying, but I shouldn’t have put it off as long as I did. Highly recommend, and I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Great buy!!!

Happy Shopper
Arrived on time, really not to clean on the inside after I took it apart. Packaged very well!!! I used it for both lotion and oil filling no problem.
