So I've waited a week to review this product, and have practiced on it every day. For context, I'm 60 and learned on a baby grand when I was a kid. I learned a few songs, but wouldn't have played for an audience. Thought it would be fun to relearn it, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. Remember, these thoughts are with the recognition that this keyboard cost $75, not $475. On the plus side, I think it sounds pretty good and seems well-made. The notes are clear, and though it doesn't have a sustain pedal, the sustain button works well enough. I don't play with all the fancy features, so can't review those. It's also super light, so I can put prop it up next to my printer when I'm not using it, and then put it on the desk to play it. On the down side, I think the keys are smaller than a regular piano, so I'm getting used to that. Also, they aren't weighted, so you have to be more careful not to accidentally hit keys you don't want. Feels a little bit like a toy sometimes, but since the sound is good, that's what matters. All in all, I think it is good value for the money. I took off one star because sometimes I hear a bit of electronic static for no reason, but it's not that often.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my seven year old grandson. Total hit! He and his 2 younger siblings had the electronics (add-in sounds, percussion etc) figured out before I did. The trio sang with the mic and played with this non-stop. A month later, my grandson is progressing well on learning to read and play sheet music using the light-up feature and key-stickers.

I purchased this keyboard as a gift for my granddaughter. I spent a few days working with the product and found it to be difficult to work with, and it also produced a hum in the speakers. The order was fulfilled by a company called Mix Wholesale. I returned the product as instructed. A few days later, Mix Wholesale contacted me saying that they received a diffierent product and included pictures of a box that I have never seen (from a company called Bird Rock). The pictures are obviously not in a professional warehouse setting (you can see a roll of toilet paper in the picture!). I am working to resolve this, but the entire experience has been incredibly dissapointing. I purchased a Casio keyboard for my granddaughter and she loves it.
