I purchased 2 of these mirrors for our master bathroom renovation in June of 2021, and hadn’t been able to get them installed until last week. When I went to install them…now over a year later…the first one went seamlessly, and I was proud of myself for being able to installl it almost entirely by myself (I’m a 59-year-old woman). I did need my son to help place the mirror’s pivots on the brackets while I tightened the little bolts with provided Allen wrench which only took a couple minutes. I was missing the pivots on the second mirror, and contacted the seller via email. The needed hardware was sent immediately and in less than a week I was able to install the second mirror. This is a great mirror that we had installed when we remodeled our bathroom one year ago. So far it is held up well for the most part. However, after not quite one year the edges are starting to show signs of some sort of damage. The edges are turning dark and I’m not sure how to fix this.

This mirror is so nice in person. It is very sturdy with great quality parts and not too difficult to install but definitely a two person job because the mirror is so heavy. So far there has been no doing of it pulling away from the wall and it seems very stable. We did go to the hardware store and grab some very sturdy anchors because where the mirror attaches to the wall was not on a stud. I would definitely recommend this mirror. Just as nice as my pottery barn mirror but a much better price! ... show more

I purchased two mirrors for my newly remodeled bathroom. They came very well packed but no instructions to install. The directions in the box were for another type of mirror. After a couple mistakes drilling the wall, my hubby was able to install them. You will need two people to install

    • Brackets are junk

I ordered this item with missing parts to the mounting brackets. The mounting brackets would also not slide onto the mirror correctly. I initiated a return to Amazon and a replacement mirror was sent. Thank goodness I had not returned the first mirror I ordered. The second mirror had one bracket that was bent. Of 4 brackets - only one was correct. I had to make one bracket work by using pieces from the remaining 3. The pieced-together bracket was still not sliding onto the mirror correctly. I finally gave up and tapped it on with a hammer. This caused the metal mounting tab to pull away from the mirror. I used it as is. I was ready to be done with this project. Very disappointed with this product. Mirror was fine. Brackets are junk. ... show more
