I am in love with this juicer. I'm so glad my old juicer died. 1. it's so easy to clean. The little scrub brush for the blade is awesome. 2. It's so easy to take apart and put back together. 3. The shoot is really large. You can put a whole bunch of parsley, celery, whole apples, etc down it. I rarely have to cut anything to fit. 4. The little pitcher that comes with it is awesome. It has a lid that separates any foam that comes through. it holds 40 oz of juice. No more having to dump and keep juicing. 5. The little pour spout, that the juice comes down, can be flipped up so the last few drops don't fall on the counter top. 6. It's nice having 2 speeds. I use the lower speed for greens. The machine does have a lot of power, so I keep it on a towel so it doesn't vibrate away. ... show more

Have tried a variety of fruits and veggies with the juicer. It can get rather loud, and at times needs a second person to hold it still when bulky veggies are added. A significant volume of juice is extracted and the pulp remains feel almost dry as a result. This is wonderful as we dehydrate the pulp for use in other food dishes. Plastic parts are very fragile. One son accidentally knocked the juice catching pitcher off cabinet and at a three and a half foot fall, it cracked and became unusable after one use. If you are clumsy or have kids near the machine who are clumsy, may not be the best choice to use. We replaced with a more durable juice catcher and have been enjoying it ever since. Included cleaning tool for basket is wonderful and makes cleanup a breeze! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The juicer is beefy! It can handle whole fruits and vegetables without cutting them. I however, cut mine, but in the video I use whole and chopped veggies and fruits. You can see a difference on how quickly the machine will process the cut vs. the whole ones. Clean-up is a breeze. Quick rinse, a little scrub with the provided cleaning brush on the grater, soap water, rinse, and dry. The machine is loud. It has a humming noise that consumes the room while in use.     • Why it moves around.

I bought this strictly for juicing celery and it's my first extractor. I was concerned about the negative comments regarding it's "moving all around the counter." When I first used it, this thing purred like a kitten and got the job done. After about 3 uses, and midway through my celery run, I noticed the celery had a hard time going down and had to be persuaded by heavy pressure on the plunger Then it started the notorious "dancing" around the counter. I discovered the reason why and the solution. The strainer has small micro blades. When they become clogged they stop cutting. When they stop cutting and more pressure is applied, the strainer is no longer seated properly on the base, so it is off kilter and commences wobbling. What I did was I looked down the chute, I saw the clogged blades, unplugged it, took out the strainer rinsed it off and properly seated it on the base. Problem solved. Works like new...again. So don't apply undue pressure, don't force it and if you're cutting really coarse items, check the blades periodically and clean them as necessary. It now works perfectly fine and fast. ... show more

Been using it religiously for 3 months. Making delicious combos of juice. No issues. And I juice with a lot of hard roots like ginger and turmeric. You may have to clean halfway through juicing to remove pulp.

Update: I've now been using this juicer for a couple months and thought I should give an update. Don't buy it. If you are only looking to produce a single serving of juice, then you may be ok. Otherwise, this one is not for you. If you like to "bulk" juice like me, you are just setting yourself up for constant anger and frustration. This thing clogs almost EVERY TIME. The mess can be quite ridiculous. And you're left with a half of a batch of juice and your cut up fruits and veggies. The whole thing except the base needs to be cleaned after every use. So unless you have a dishwasher you plan to run multiple times a day, your are only getting one glass of juice a day. And have fun storing it. The locking bar makes it extremely hard to store. So you will need a large spot for it. In the end, don't buy it. Period. I've been using this for a little over a week now on a daily basis. I juice large batches of juice each time. As stated, I give it a 'B.'It's very easy to clean. Does not seem to have an issue with any fruits or veggies. My old juicer was hard to clean and struggled with "stringy" veggies like celery and beets. Down side seems to be it leaks somehow. Almost every time juice ends up leaking from under the spout. Which very quickly becomes quite a mess. I thought it was the pulp backing up. But it does it even after I've cleaned some out. If it wasn't for this issue, it would certainly be worth 5 stars. I will also say that even though it does seem to yield a lot of juice, the pulp is quite moist. So there's that as well. ... show more

I've used this juicer for about 4 months. It does a good job juicing, and the noise which other reviewers commented on isn't that bad. The pros: easy to set up, fairly easy to clean, easy to box up when finished, and produces a good amount of juice. The cons: if you are doing a small quantity, then there's probably little mess. I typically do larger quantities--12-14 juice bags at at time. The motor shuts down when it's worked too hard (the instruction manual says this) and you need to take a 5-10 minute break between batches. Sometimes the juice drips down the side of the unit (as in overflows) and makes a mess on the counter. My previous juicer did not to that! That is probably the most frustrating part of this brand. I won't buy this brand again because of the messiness. ... show more
