These were so cute for my wicked themed birthday party. They came flat in the package, but popped right up without any issues. It came with a large amount of clear fishing line to hang them which I appreciated. I used these indoors so I’m not sure how sturdy these would be for outdoors.

They are perfect for how I'm decorating! Warning!!!!! A Warning needs to be added to the clear wrap around the hats. The wrap is very compact which holds the hats in very tightly. Actually the way it looked in the pack worried me about what I had ordered and I was starting to think they were much smaller than described. I was sitting on a chair when I opened the package. I could not tell at all what would happen. As I pulled the opening area, then slightly pulled on the hats, they SPRUNG out very suddenly with the wired brim hitting me on my chin. This was all 12 hat brims hitting me very quickly. Yes it surprised me, but it hit me in the face so quickly and with a force that it has left a mark on my chin. I'm keeping the hats, but please put a warning on the wrap that the items will spring out with a possible force and to keep away from your body. OPEN WITH CAUTION DUE TO COMPACT WRAPPING!!!!! I'm happy it did not spring out of the bag more towards my eyes because that could have been a real hazard. The questions below ask about this being a toy. Do not allow a child to open the package at all any others BEWARE!!!!!!!!

These are really flimsy. Ultimately the decor looked cute for a few days, but if you thread the hats with fishing wire/thread, etc, they pull right through the material with any light wind or tension. I ended up having to crumple tape at the end of the knot to prevent it from ripping through
