These clayballs work great for my semi-hydroponic house plants. They come out of the bag much less dusty than most LECA. So you don’t need to rinse them as much before using them.

Without having had this product very long, I am overall really pleased. The bag is larger than I anticipated and I haven’t had any negative outcomes from adding it to my planters. My plants don’t seem to mind so far. I’m giving it 4 stars because the product did have a strange smell that I was not expecting. You would think it would be the smell of dirt or soil, but no, it was plastic or staleness. I can’t pinpoint exactly what the smell is, but it was quite shocking when I opened the bag. After having left it out, the smell has dissipated. Overall, I am pleased with the product.
