The pad comes with stilts and nails to keep your pottery or fusing glass off the shelf of your kiln. Installation/setup: Add stilts and or nails to support your art and place in the kiln. Final thoughts: The kiln pad works well, keeping my glazed ceramics from sticking to my kiln shelves. The pad is well made and is thick enough, keeping the stilts upright without falling over. I like this and I’m glad I got it. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

This works great in a Vevor kiln also a must for a refire if you glaze bottoms of mugs as stilts slide off, but these little pegs held refired mugs well with minimal spots. Great buy
