** Update: Well, I looked at some YouTube videos and learnt how to get the curls to hold! You curl and then hold the curl in your hand until it cools off and then, voila, curls! So I am now giving this wig five stars. It is awesome! And you can restraighten it too with a flat iron so win-win for this wig!! ** This is a very soft and shiny wig. I'm happy with it as it is basically what my hair used to look like except I didn't have as much and it didn't sit as well as the wig does. However, try as I might, this wig will not curl, either with a hairdryer or a curling wand. I've been careful to only heat the wand to 300F as I believe the top heat temp is 320 for this wig. Anyway, no curls. But it's a beautiful wig anyway so I'm keeping it. I got it in the brown/ombre style, which pretty much looks like the burgundy one except it has some varigation at the crown. For the price, this is a great wig. I'm not convinced it's 70% human hair. But whatever it is, it's very nice. ... show more

Extremely dissatisfied with this wig. No matter the temperature the hair will not curl or style as stated on Amazon’s website. This was a nightmare, had a wedding to go to and I was so insecure because the wafts were sparse and super loose. Was to Embarrassed to post picture of my real “hair”! Because of medical issues, I had to resort to having what little hair I had left Buzzed off! My Son called me GI Jane! As soon as this came, I ran to my room to put it on! I’ve never worn a wig and don’t yet know if I’m doing it right? But what I Do know is this wig is So soft and silky! Both my sister and brother said it felt like Real Hair without all the Products woman put in their hair to get it to look so Natural, shiny, not to mention the time consuming attempt to straighten their original hair like this!! I haven’t felt so pretty and confident in years as I do wearing this wig and all the compliments from those who know me! I liked the fact it does have a soft texture and the color is nice ~ also doesn't itch which is a plus. But some people reviewing this wig have been posting it's thin. For me, this isn't a thin wig. Overall seems thicker (at least on me ~ the bangs in particular) than what's featured in the provided product photos. The part is also fake looking ~ I can probably touch up the part with some to where it looks more natural. I tried wearing the wig with a hard headband which helped some and pulled some of the bangs back ~ but a person shouldn't have to resort to experimenting around to see what works to get a wig to look right when all you should have to do is just put it on, lightly style it, and then go. This wig might work for some people, but it doesn't work too well for me overall. I'm not returning it since I already tried it on and had to work with it, but I doubt I'll ever purchase this one again. ... show more

First wig I have gotten that is not so thick it looks so fake. It doesn’t give me a headache. Love the color. Just gets in my face so I like to band it when doing chores. I am going to Ofer a couple more because I fear they will disappear and then I will have to search again. I just ordered my 2nd wig a year later. The last one just got to worn. They changed it. It’s a lot thinner and is layered. Since my hair has thinned considerably it’s ok. Still feels like real hair but I do not like the black stripe on the sides looks phony. So a bit disappointed and will not order again. The also upped price by 20 bucks. Oh well should have ordered a 2nd on right after the first. Live and learn ... show more
