I took this wig to my stylist and thinned it out considerably and unfortunately had no choice but to cut bangs into it. The way the hair was sewn into this particular wig (maybe not all come this way) the sides would not "swoop" to the sides and stay. The hair literally hung straight down in front of my face...what you see as bangs was as long as the first layer and I looked like "Thing"! HOWEVER, I think I'm going to get another one and hope its a bit better and if so, have my stylist trim the bangs, but leave them long and do my best to "swoop" to the sides as either a middle part or side part. I figure I can go to a side part and have her cut the hair to make the length even on both sides. Someone mentioned an area in the crown that stuck up a bit and I found that mine had this also. It seems as if it is not in the middle but off set a bit, giving the part a slight offset center. Everything about this wig is perfect- the color, the style, the fit- EXCEPT the nasty attempt at permatease. I followed the instructions and combed it for a solid hour but no matter what, the roots look like matted, melted plastic and feel worse. There is no smoothing it out. In addition, the cap band is basically white and no matter how I try to part it, the thick white band shows up. I’m debating sending this back and ordering another- maybe I just got a bad one. By far the best wig I have purchased! And I have 21 wigs from multiple different companies and brands. Some as much as $500 a piece! I wish I found this wig 2 years ago! The fit is perfect, the color and feel are excellent, and I can u a curling iron on it. I would recommend to anyone. I'm buying another one right now. I bought the brown without the lace front. I was so excited about this wig because it's absolutely gorgeous and feels great. I get tons of compliments and it looks natural. BUT it's definitely not for daily use. I'm on my second one in two months and I haven't worn either of them every day. After a couple of weeks of wearing 4 or 5 days each week the wig starts to get extremely dry and frizzy on the ends and there's really nothing you can do about it except cut it and then the ends do it again. This is a very realistic wig for the price! I had people come up to me asking me if I had colored my hair blonde. The only downside I would say is that part super realistic but it must have been only to me because it tricked others! This was a great wig Beth Dutton costume!

First, the wig is super soft & for the most part looks like natural hair….. my one hang up is the crown of the wig (pictured). It creates a bump in the back creating a slight cone shape to your head. Picture of inside the cap is to show you how that crown piece was sewn in. I’m also not a fan of the hairline. My first wig and I kinda love it. Kinda because I’m not used to it. But this wig is super soft, feels like real hair, no tacky shine and a fairly typical hairstyle for my age. It is kind of itchy, but I think it’s just bc I’m not used to wigs. I bought a wig band and I feel confident that the wig will stay in place. I did have to alter the wig slightly, cutting hair from the top and bangs as it was super thick. A few more alterations and I feel it’ll look like my old self again.
