The tinsel is what my daughter wanted but it didn't come with the contents it states. It states 100 pieces of thr silicone ring of each color, there is only 50 of each. There was no rubber bands, and no pliers, as well as only one hair clip. We'll make it work but don't include a listing of contents if half are missing. ... show more

This is junk. It’s way thinner than any tinsel I’ve ever used. Wouldn’t curl- kind of just melted. I had to use twice as many strands as usual, and they all just go every-which way, rather than staying together so they show up.
