This tinsel is pretty awesome. There is a steep learning curve when figuring out how to put it in hair, but the tinsel stayed in my daughter’s hair for over a month without any issues. We still have a ton left over too. This will last forever.

My daughter loves this hair kit. It's cute and I love the idea of it but it's very difficult to use for younger girls. It's a parent's worst nightmare. There is tinsel all over. This is more appropriate for 12+

The sheer amount of tinsel and accessories for it is crazy. I bought this pack to replace old tinsel in doll hair as well as install tinsel in other dolls that I felt need a little sparkle in their life. I literally have only used 2 strands of tinsel so far and 1 strand was plenty for 1 doll. I've also seen other reviews on here that say the tinsel cannot withstand any heat. I've only tested it in boiling water so far and it's fine, but I'm unsure of how well it withstands temperatures higher than 100°C/212°F. Overall this is a great pack filled with tons of colors and is definitely worth the price for what you get. ... show more
