We were so excited to receive the hair tinsel for my 7yo. there’s lots of colors!! There aren’t any instructions(I can YouTube it but I didn’t want to have to) and one of the tools was broken when it arrived. I can’t seem to figure out how to contact the seller for them to send me a new one free of charge. I don’t want to return the whole product just to have the one tiny tool replaced. That’s wasteful. but I don’t even know if I NEED that tool because it didn’t come with information on how to do it or what tool is used for what. Definitely not for beginners or inexperienced folks unless you want to look up tutorials of course. But don’t expect instructions and don’t expect whole tools I guess. Still very cute hair tinsel. It’s very long! Update: the seller is so incredible, they contacted me after my review to make things right. They offered me a refund and they offered to ship me a replacement. Incredible service, I am just floored. Thank you so much. I will DEFINITELY purchase again. Also I want to say that I looked up a quick tutorial and the hair tinsel is so so simple to install. The tinsel extension kit is super awesome. The colors are bright and shiny, the beads match perfectly with our hair and the tinsel is holding up great after a few weeks of being in. I have tried a few different types of hair tinsel for my daughter. In the past the tinsel extensions I bought were not good quality, would break and even the beads weren’t l that great and would not hold in the hair. This tinsel extensions kit is awesome! The beads hold for a long time. So far my daughter and myself even have had tinsel extensions in our hair with the beads for going on 3 weeks now! I can’t believe it. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

I bought and applied these for an RBD concert a little over a week ago and they are still intact. The were very user friendly. Don't my my dry hair, but when properly styled these adjust to how you're doing your own hair. They are heat resistant. Would totally recommend. Once these are ready to come off I will probably put on more but different colors! ❤️
