I've tried other brands but this is the one that I come back to and my only choice from now on. My waxing lasts for a while, keeping me hair free, and the process becomes even easier the more you do it. Their strips are great quality as well from this brand so I do recommend you use it for best results. Thank you BodyHonee for creating a great product and it was worth taking out the time to share this with others. UPDATE: I've noticed some complaints from people who try this product out for the first time and think its not a good fit for them. I want to share a bit of my experience of how I go about things and can tell you that the more that you do this, you really become much better at it, and then you find that it is worth it after all. When I first started doing it, I wasn't great at it, and all the mistakes that people go thru like it being messy, etc really boils down to lack of experience and preparation. I know I need some extra money at the end of the month so it beats spending $$$ at a salon and maybe you can save a few bucks yourself by becoming your own wax professional :) Remember to plan your waxing in the morning or when your mind is most clear, as this will help you focus and do a good job. I don't claim to be a waxing pro or anything like that, but this is what works for me! Hope this can help someone...so read on! 1) Buy the extra strips package that they sell for $9.99 Do not think you will have enough strips with this kit, it is worth buying them and having them handy. 2) Have a wax warmer. I bought a $5.00 tin can here where I microwave the wax from Honee and then I pour it in there and transfer to the wax warmer. Make your life easier with this step because you will find yourself complaining if you have to warm up the wax every so often with the microwave. 3) I have 2 old towels that I place where I can sit down, or you can use an old sheet that you don't mind having stained with wax. Ditch using garbage bags, since they can move out of place or you getting sweaty and it sticking to you. 4) I use parchment paper to place near the wax warmer and I put my wax strips and sticks. 5) Bring out the baby powder! I make sure to dust myself with baby powder right before waxing and its effective. Takes away the sweating (I have central AC and I find myself needing the powder) 6) Make sure you have proper lighting (I try to do this near a window with a lot of sunlight and I also turn on a lamp as well.) Lighting really makes a big difference. 7) Have a supermarket paper bag on the side to throw out your used strips. Keep a scissor handy for cutting your strips in different sizes when needed. 8) Have a small cup with coconut oil ( I have organic cold pressed coconut oil which I have for other uses, so I use this and it is good for your skin.) When my hands get sticky, I use this immediately. They have some finishing prepackaged pads that I use after I finish my waxing, but the coconut oil comes in handy. 9) Put on some calming music and try doing this when you have some time to yourself. I make sure I have several hours set aside so I can do a good job and be happy with my results. Any quick waxing means less focus and more of a mess and aggravation. 10) The end. What did you think? This wax is good, it worked well for the underarm area, lower legs and upper lip for me. I, however, found it too strong for the other areas of the body and instead ordered the 'all natural water soluble' kind by the same company. It's also more of a hassle as this in not water soluble and as much as you try it always gets stuck to other items in the process of waxing. Overall, I'm just happy that I can take care of personal grooming myself and not have to visit a beauty salon for these things. It's easy to do on your own, quite painless, and the user manual is also very detailed. The quality of the strips and wax itself is very good. I'm very happy with the product, would just be careful of the kind you order - different type for different hair types. I found this is better for long, coarse hairs. --- Now a brief history of the hair removal methods I've used and why I think waxing is the best. In the process of finding ways to remove hair from my skin, I briefly tried epilation. It didn't work for me. The machine is way too harsh and hurts the skin when pulling the hair out of it. It's also not pleasant as all the moving parts kind of scratch the skin while using it. It's kind of like plucking each and every hair slowly from the root. The most painful way of going about removing hair, I think. My next method to remove skin from my hair was shaving, which a lot of people do here in the US but didn't work for me. My hair would grow up thick and coarse and ver quickly. It's of course cheap and quick, but the results you get are also not long lasting and not nice to feel. I finally went back to waxing, which is what I did in my home country where salons do it cheaply. I found it expensive to continue doing it here and also much more of a hassle to go to salons. Now I have found a way to continue to get that smooth silky feeling of after waxing, with no pain, and good long - lasting results, at the same time being easy on the pocket. Previously there were the pre-applied wax on strips that you could heat with your hands and apply to the skin but never removed the hair for me well, and I never ended up using them. I briefly even tried those creams which would remove hair, but I think they are harmful to the skin, and something I would never go back to. It basically makes the hair weak enough so that the hair would fall off, which is never a good way to go about it. Waxing removes hair from the root, which is why it lasts much longer than any other method that removes hair only from the skin. So, I'm really happy to say that this method specifically is the absolute best way to remove one's hair, atleast for me.

Hard as heck to remove and say good-bye to washing your cotton strips for reuse. If anyone wants to buy a barely used container, let me know. This stuff has got to go!
