My washer went out so I brought this as a quick fix. It gets the job done, plain and simple. The loads are smaller but they come out clean and smelling good like a regular washer. There's 10 different modes from soaking to air drying. I highly recommend it for small apartments or college dorms.

By the time I write this review, I have only used this a handful of times. I got the 2.1 cu size and I am impressed. It advises that you only use cold water, no big deal, but I have noticed that a small puddle appears from the middle of the machine after the washing is done. This isn't a turn off for me, but it might be user error (Too much water, too many clothes, etc.) [*it was user error]. There is a normal and standard mode, but I don't know what the difference is and the manual doesn't describe the settings. When the cycle is done, my clothes come out a little damp. The washing cycle is good enough to get rid of grease stains. The whole body of the machine is made of plastic but I would recommend this.

I have gotten portable washing machines that were smaller in cubic so I figured I'd buy a bigger cubic washing machine but the barrel was smaller than the smaller washing machines makes no sense don't buy
