These curtains were exactly what I was looking for to put in my home office. They are simple but still feminine with the cute ruffled edges. They do provide privacy but they still let in quite a bit of light when closed, which is what I wanted.

The colors are beautiful, the scalloped edge at the bottom is an added touch of beauty, they are plenty long (touching my floor), received lots of compliments on the curtains, this product is a winner, can't comment on whether light shines through, as I have blinds to my windows

When I ordered these curtains, I planned to place them in my mother's bedroom. She has white curtains and I thought this pair would be a nice change. She is ninety and does not like change but did approve of these curtains. I didn't want to take them out of the bag before I cleaned the windows and wooden blinds, but I wanted to check what material these were made because it says faux linen in the title and then linen in the material content. It looks like linen but I cannot find a tag on the curtains to confirm. I looked at the package and could not find a content tag or washing instructions. It says machine wash on cold and tumble dry on low in the description. I will never buy dryclean-only products again for household goods so I went ahead and ordered another pair. With the Vine program you receive one pair in exchange for a truthful and accurate review. I needed another and knew I could send the extra pair back if I didn't like them and use the one pair in the guest room but these curtains are very nice. They are different, not so sheer but allow light to enter the room. I can't wait to get the windows cleaned and the curtains hung. I like the different options for hanging the curtains but have not decided how to hang them. However I hang them, they will be beautiful because even taking them out of the bag, they were beautifully crafted. The trim is nicely stitched and everything looks perfect. I don't think you would be disappointed in the curtains and hope you like them as well as I do. ... show more

These curtains have a beautiful texture- the material reminds me almost of crochet which is the look I was going for. I think the color is true to the sample photos. The transparency is perfect for me- I wanted something lightweight and more for decorative purposes than privacy. They are not 108” though…probably 106” but that was ok with me. ... show more
