We had to buy a second one as our buys were always fighting for the one we bought. Battery lasts for a full1h stroll with our dog, so they tag along and are not bored. Works also well on light trails and grass. The lighting is great as they can be spotted by cars when crossing the roads during sunset times. I'm 180 lbs. and can easily use it too. The scooter stopped working. The motor wasn't running corrected, either a failure or charging issues with charging cable. I called in to try to get help with my scooter BEFORE the one year mark (since the warranty is up on all components at a year). I was able to reach someone. We spoke. I felt confident they would help. They NEVER got back to me with a resolution and they stopped answering or returning calls after 4 more attempts over the next several weeks. I still have a dead scooter. All I wanted was at least a charger replacement to see if that was the fix - then go from there. ... show more
