Complete trash. The spark plug is a no-name brand and the chrome plating was chipping off. The cdi box just didnt work at all, and the spark plug end of the coil/wire came apart the first time i pulled it off the spark plug. i wish i found out this stuff before my return window expired. My scooter would not start, not the carburetor gas was flowing, not the spark plug and coil the are new, not the solenoid either, once the CDI was installed the scooter turned on. That easy! This is awesome Thank you

    • TaoTao pony 50 replacements, not exactly:/
was happy to see such a affordable ignition kit.. but.., ignition coil hook up wires were too short. and rectifier/regulator immediately had a dimming effect on the headlight and a 1 volt drop at the battery as far as charging.. not to mention it got hot quick.. that said decided not to use any of it.. will be returning.. all the components of the scooter we're working when I purchased the kit. however the bike was apart to replace a carburetor and prepare a damaged side panel so I decided to be proactive and replace the electrical components while it was apart. seemed like a good idea for $20 but they felt lighter and less of a quality than the original oems.. ... show more
