Even though there hadn't been any product reviews, I took a chance on the GXXMEI bobbin thread holders because it had the best price and was a great size (100 of the clips). They just arrived, and they work fine. They come in red, yellow, green, blue, and purple. They're not nicely packaged - it kind of seems like they're just wrapped 'round and 'round with packing tape. And no instructions, so you need to know what to do with them yourself. Pretty basic: hold the two legs together, insert through the center bobbin hole, then push down in to the center hole of the thread till just the loop shows. Let go - they're fastened together pretty firmly, but still easy to pull out when you need to use the thread and bobbin. I have so much thread that it just seemed more sensible (and cheaper) to get a bunch of these. I think they'll be very useful. ... show more

    • Hold bobbins well, but don't work with spool racks
They are easy to use and hold the bobbin on a spool of thread well, but the end of the clip sticks too far into the center spool hole to work well on a spool rack. It only leaves about 1/2" of the spool to fit over the spool rack peg so a slight bump would knock them off. If you use a box or other way to organize your threads, these would probably work very well for you and the price is good. If you use a spool rack, look for another option. ... show more

These are so great!! I'm not sure how I lived so long without these. I've been needing a way to keep track of my bobbins and which thread they go with. Saw these and thought I would give them a try. So easy to use and now there is no more confusion!
