This is really good thread and worth the price for me. There is a lot of thread out there and wow it took me a long time in picking a good thread. Nothing wrong in size as some stated, and I think some people complained because these look different with the shape and size. These are not samples. The picture just is a close up so when people get the thread they think it should be bigger that's my guess. Plenty to go around for what i am doing. I do not do a whole lot of sewing. The color combo are just what I was looking for, and all in one package! I will buy again if need be and eventually I will need more some day :) ... show more

Thread is easy to thread into my machine and doesn’t easily get snagged in any of the parts. The colors are very useful for everyday sewing tasks like hemming and patching holes. Thread is a bit pricey for the amount but I haven’t gone through a spool of thread yet.

I only recently learned about this thread brand. I have a friend who is very crafty and made this purchase with her review. This thread is better than the .99 store brand and does not fray. It is so strong that trying to pull it apart is a challenge. I don't recommend biting through the thread (as I am used to doing). This thread is made in Germany and its the only thread I can use on my sewing machine so I was so excited to find that this company carried this line of thread. Delivery was slower than I anticipated but then again everything seems slower these days so I do not find fault with the company. Thanks for carrying this hard to find item.
