It arrived in a box, then wrapped and taped, vigorously, in Tyvek. Once I got it unwrapped, it was fine. It still smelled like a rubber factory, and the wood looks sturdy enough. The plunger was lite. Not powerful. The dual action which the inner cup comes down when using the plunger on the toilet bowl as compared to the kitchen sink is stuck up in the outer cup used for the toilet bowl. Very limp. Disappointed.
