The media could not be loaded. The look is elegant but the flush is terrible. It is weak and can even flush 1 piece of toilet paper. I will return it and I will never buy this one again in my life.

    • Requires power and good water pressure. But great toilet.
Pro: Efficient with water. Pre wets the bowl so you have less mess to clean at times. I did have to run power to my water closet. Heated seat is super nice as well as the touchless flushing. Cons: Need power. Wish it had a bidet.
