Description

What are you supposed to do when your vinyl fence broken? To take apart a vinyl fence to repair broken sections, dig and remove cemented fence posts, dis-assemble and re-assemble fence parts? No! Just apply our repair kit to save your time, money and effort. Don't make yourself in trouble. Directions for Use Step 1 — Prepare. Wiping the area round the hole or crack with dry tissue or towels. Step 2 — Measurement. Measuring the size of hole or crack on siding. Step 3 — Clipping. Cut the thin repair patch based on the hole size. Step 4 — Covering. Peel the backing paper and apply to siding, pressing patch from one side to the other in case of bubbles and you will see the woodgrain pattern will appear. Step 5 — Painting. Paint to conform to the existing siding color. More coats are recommended. Why not use general tape to repair? Genaral tape is not to stretch, insufficient strength, and fragile to high temperature. While ours is thin and durable; resistant to water, oil; flexible; with excellent corrosion resistance. Package: 12 patches white patches

We just had our siding replaced and a tree decided to come down and blow a hole in a piece of it in the back. Luckily it was smooth white siding, so this was a perfect match and it seemed easy enough. It was thinner than I expected, but it was easy to apply and seems to have still kept sticking through the rest of fall and now during several high wind days and several snow storms. I noticed big cracks and pieces missing off of my siding and had no idea how to fix it. When I saw this product, I was skeptical because it got mixed reviews. The material is EXTREMELY thin and you can see the outline of the holes underneath. However, I applied this on a rainy day after cleaning with alcohol..it continued to rain that day and two days after...it's been a week and a half and it has held up great! Description states that you can paint over this to match your siding. After doing some research, I'd suggest vinyl spackle first and the applying this but honestly, I'm just grateful this has held up through a lot of rain and win at such an affordable price! ... show more

Thin, good for a flat patch, not white

I tried patching a hole in a vinyl fence that was on the seam of one of the pickets. I started in the seam and secured it in the groove with a thin putty knife. When I pulled it back left (see pic), since these patches are so thin and there was no structure or rigidity to form the patch correctly over the hole, it left a wrinkle over the hole and left some bubbles under the middle groove of the picket. I might have left it that way if it weren't for the color. I didn't expect them to be an exact color match since there are only 4218 shades of white, but I didn't expect them to be purple (pic). That will have to be painted and yes, I will scrub down the rest of the fence. ... show more

Great temporary fix!
