What? I love these guitar mounts sturdy easy to install if you can't install these mount with ease I don't know what to tell you. I trust them the most important part of hanging your guitar on a guitar mount is do you trust it with your guitar? The answer is yes I trust these mounts. I thought the little circle around the back plate was a gold circle, but it’s actually yellow. I don’t know why they would put yellow on something like that. Also, I felt like it might break too easily given that they fold backwards so I decided to get one that doesn’t fold. Return.

It seems strong enough for guitars, acoustic or electric. However not so sure about a heavy solid body electric bass. When I put my bass on there I could see the little arm bend a little bit. These mounts work great. They were super easy to install, I used a 3/16 drill bit to make the holes and then installed the hardware. Seems to be very sturdy.
