Awful quality! The faux lather keeps peeling off and it looks cheap and old, and its new! I got the bag with defects and peeling, even though it was supposedly new. I reached out for customer service and asked to get partial refund for it and was refused. The only option I was given was to send the bag back and get a refund. I wanted a new bag, not refund and yet got refused. I was upset but kept getting bad service, so I decided to send the bag back and order a new one with the refund. only that I was told I won't be getting my voucher back, which I used as part of the payment for my bag. I was left with no solution and encountered the worst customer service I have ever received! There was not even a tiny effort to help me in this situation and look beyond the protocols the representative are taught to repeat. ... show more
