We ordered a pair for our son, and he loved them but unfortunately one of the lace straps was broken in a way that wasn't repairable. I contacted the Seller, and they sent him a new pair at no charge. Not many companies would do that. I can't promise they will do the same but for your circumstances but for me they were an amazing company to work with and I will definitely be purchases from hem again.

While the shoes may look good, thats about all they are good for—something to just look at. The first time i tried tying them, the green rubber lace slots at the top split in half on both sneakers; obviously made out of extremely weak material since the laces split through them both like butter when i tried tightening them . Other than that, they are extremely uncomfortable to wear. The front of the shoes inside are too narrow and push up against your toes and the back has a similar issue. Do not buy these shoes. Complete scam.
