One problem: the probe that comes with the sheet only tells you if the silver in the sheet will conduct electricity. It does not prove if it is grounded. Proof: unplug the sheet, and the probe still lights up. But, with a simple meter or tester, you can prove if the ground wire works. With a meter, put one probe in the right side of the outlet; then put the other probe in the ground hole of the socket. You should get 120 volts, or the tester lights up if it’s a simple tester. If so, then the ground plug is grounded. Also, be sure to plug the ground wire of the sheet directly into the ground hole of the outlet, not an extension cord. If your electrical socket has a true ground, then your sheet will be grounded. Now, does the sheet offer health benefits? Yes! It does the same thing that lieing directly on the earth does. It neutralizes radicals in the body, thereby reducing inflammation. After only a few days of use, joint pain of myself and my wife has been greatly reduced. This is without funding Big Pharma. If you have inflammation, use it and benefit, simple. Don’t delay. And you will snooze/sleep better on this or any grounded sheet. Good value? Yes, in that it improves your health. Size? Yes, the king fits a king mattress. Performance? Yes, it performs. Quality? I find the quality very acceptable.

After seeing a lot of these blankets advertised and the benefits of grounding, I decided to get one. I came across this one and it seemed like a good deal. With any blanket I ordered, I was worried that either it wasn't effective with grounding or it wasn't comfortable. I'm happy to say, that I had nothing to worry about. With a little grounding tester that I had I confirmed that it actually provides grounding and after several nights sleeping on it, I can confirm it is comfortable. The biggest benefit for me is that I am getting better sleep at night. Before this blanket, I would tend to wake up in the middle of the night with high cortisol levels from stress and I would just restlessly toss and turn. Now, with this blanket, I soundly sleep through the night or if I happen to wake with a stressful thought, I can just easily fall back asleep.

Love the color. We got the fitted king sheet. The sheet must be air dried with no fabric softener. Which is why the fabric isn’t softer. Husband was skeptical, but after first night he felt refreshed with less aches and pains in the morning. We both are sleeping better. Also it comes with a tester to check that the grounding is working. Great price compared to other sheets like this, although they are all expensive for just one sheet.

Once I received the product, I washed and dried as directed and made the bed and plugged in the grounding cord. I was skeptical at first, but my mind totally changed whenever I woke up the next morning. I realized I fell asleep much faster, and didn’t wake up any. I typically take forever to fall sleep and wake up at least twice. I also realized I just overall felt better. Thought it could be placebo, but as the day progressed, I still felt great and full of energy. I also noticed my muscles weren’t as sore post workout and my lower back felt better and less achy. Would definitely recommend. Didn’t realize it would be the game changer it actually is.

I was shocked how well these grounding sheets worked I was hesitant because I was unsure of the brand,it wasn't the initial brand I was going to get originally,but I washed them right away on cold with unscented natural detergent and air dryed them a bit before putting in dryer on low for a few minutes. When I was putting on the sheet I was scared it wouldn't fit because of other reviews saying to size up and also because I was putting it on the wrong way the metal prong plug ins are on the side and not at the end near the head or foot of the bed LoL They fit perfect! & all in all I'm extremely satisfied and could feel the grounding right away, now I don't want to get out of bed. Eventually I'll get one for all my family & friends I think everyone could use these sheets in there life!

I love these sheets! I have been barefoot grounding for about a year, but I don't get to do it that often because sometimes the weather and sometimes I don't like stepping on wet grass then having to wash my feet before I put on my shoes, THIS IS A game changer! The first night we both could feel something like small currents. As we have slept on it a few nights now, that doesn't happen anymore. I think I'm in a better state. I like that it includes a tester to show that the sheet is connected to ground. I feel like I sleep so deeply on this sheet. I look forward to getting into bed. I haven't washed it yet.
