We’ve used them for several weeks now and it is the best sleep I’ve had since I can remember. I used to wake up between 2-4am regularly and tossed and turn for hours to try to get back to sleep. No more. Even if I wake up I return to sleep within minutes. Before these sheets when I got up in the morning to walk my ankles were so sore and stiff; that has completely disappeared. My scientist husband who generally thinks things like this are ‘snake oil’, but how he felt after a few days said ‘I’m in! I’ve felt fantastic the past several days!’ (and I showed him the research and found it very reputable). They are a superb value and very soft. I will definitely be buying more.

I had high hopes for the Grounding Sheets King Size, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Here’s why I’m giving this product just one star: 1. Poor Quality and Durability: The sheets felt cheap and flimsy from the moment I took them out of the packaging. After just one wash, the fabric started to fray, and the silver fibers began to peel off. For the price, I expected much higher quality. 2. Uncomfortable to Sleep On: Despite the claim of being 95% organic cotton, the sheets were rough and scratchy, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The silver fibers added an odd texture that felt unnatural and irritating against my skin. 3. Grounding Effect Questionable: I purchased these sheets specifically for their grounding benefits, but I noticed absolutely no difference in my sleep quality or overall well-being. The grounding cord felt gimmicky and didn’t seem to make any noticeable impact. 4. Sizing Issues: The fitted sheet didn’t fit my king-size mattress properly. It kept slipping off during the night, which was incredibly frustrating. The dimensions listed on the product page were inaccurate, and the elastic was weak and ineffective. 5. Overpriced for What You Get: These sheets are ridiculously overpriced for the quality and functionality they deliver. Tried this for several nights. Really wanted to give it a shot because my wife doesn’t sleep well. I sleep fine. However, this did nothing for her. No difference at all. For me, it was fine in winter months with long sleeve shirts and pants. BUT….if bare skin on my back or stomach was exposed to the sheets, I felt like I was being pricked by tiny needs or fiberglass. Ultimately, I’m certain I was getting small electrical shocks. Maybe it has some kind of benefit, but when you’re being shocked awake, it’s less than ideal. If I disconnected it, it serves its purpose as a fitted sheet…that honestly wasn’t all that special. Kind of stiff really so just give me back my normal sheets.

To be honest I was skeptical about these grounding sheets so I purchased this in Dec of 2024. Since then I have felt a difference. I only realized a difference when I changed sheets to a regular one and woke up next morning tired and body sore since I’m active. So after I washed them and slept on them again I felt better the next day. When it comes to washing them I do light dry and it still works with the electric tester it comes with. Will be purchasing again!

We love grounding sheets. We also love bottom sheets that stay on the mattress. This sheet does not stay on the mattress. There is minimal elastic, in just the very corners, does not extend beyond corners and it doesn't begin to do the job. Also the sides of the sheet, specifically the top and bottom over the edge of the mattress is way short of fabric needed to help make up for the lack of elastic. Great cotton fabric, wonderful to sleep on....if I can keep it on the bed for the night.
