I got these garden tools to replace those cheap aluminum ones that showed up in the 90โs. I bought the aluminum ones thinking that they would resist rust. In hindsight that was not the right rational. Aluminum is soft and consequently they have to make the tools thicker as a result. It is very difficult to dig with a thicker and dull trowel. These are stainless and work soooo much better. Plus no significant rust. The strong metal and nicely shaped wood handle make us look forward to doing more gardening because they work so well. An issue I have is the main photo in the ad and the description do not match. I was expecting the tools would not have a personal message. Donโt trust the photo. The tools have a personal message as described in the ad. Hopefully the seller will update the main photo so others donโt make the same mistake.

These come plastic wrapped which is convenient for keeping the tools shiny during transport. The actual tools appear to be decent quality. It's currently too cold to use them in the garden, however, we've used them in our rabbit pens and they're adequate for turning up dirt and cleaning pens. We'll be using them in the raspberry patch when it warms up and I can already tell they'll work just as well as any other garden tool set.

I got these for myself as it's getting to be spring in the midwest and you can never have too many garden tools. That said would make an excellent gift as it engraved and any mom or grandma that gardens I'm sure would love using it and remembering who gave it to them.

These are much nicer than the typical garden tools we're used to using. The metal is thicker and has a nice stainless finish. We used these for some light work around our herb garden and were impressed with the feel of these tools. The handles are a nice wood, and the engraving adds a nice little message and giftability to the set. I like that these also came with a drawstring fabric bag to store these in. One of our consistent problems with garden tools is that we keep forgetting where we left them. The sack makes it quick and easy to bundle them up for storage. If/when these wear out or get lost, I will definitely be back to purchase a replacement set. Recommended.
