The instructions for assembly were some of the worst I have ever seen. But, with a little time studying it and the pieces parts, was able to get it together without too much difficulty. There are a few missing screws, or places where screws should be place due to holes being there, but the instructions say to skip those holes. Not sure that three more screws would bankrupt the company since they made the unit with the holes for screws. Once put together, it is super sturdy, really heavy, and holds a ton of stuff. The door handle is one of the best I have seen on a cabinet and it was easy enough to assemble. Overall, phenomenal product for such a low price. ... show more

My cabinet arrived damaged at one corner. I couldn't connect two parts. I emailed the vendor and sent them a picture showing the damaged parts. They immediately sent me a replacement. I appreciated that very much. The cabinet is easy to assemble by one person. Two people would speed up the process. Although it is made of thin metal, the cabinet is very steady once assembled. Customer service was great when I had a question about the size of the cabinet without opening up the box. It is exactly as described. And it was fun to put it together. I love great instructions and these came with great instructions.

    • Directions are vague, mostly just pictures of a dark cabinet that's hard to see

The directions could've been made much easier with diagrams instead of just pictures that are hard to see and understand. Other than that, once put together, the cabinet is very sturdy and looks great in my garage. The extra shelf space made it possible to get all my things neatly organized. Yes, now that I know how to put it together, I would buy it again. One helpful note for anyone buying this cabinet would be to drive the L screws through all the holes in the walls before trying to assemble it because they are hard to get started and there's not much room to work with. ... show more

This thing does take a little bit of time to put together. About 30 minutes using a power screwdriver. Everything lines up pretty decently some of the stuff is off a bit and you've got to work the holes to get the bolts and screws to go through. My main complaint was the cheapness of the hardware itself. I had multiple bolts strip out, putting very little torque on them. just a stubby ratchet screwdriver and my bare hand, I've never stripped a bolt that size out with a screwdriver in my life. I had to be careful and leave the rest of them not fully torque down. Which means I couldn't true up and fully square the frame out. Well I think you know the next thing from that is the door doesn't open and close exactly right. I'll probably get some better hardware and swap this cheap stuff out and try to get it truly square. I don't want to even mount it on the wall yet until I've got decent hardware and I know it's going to be secure. I guess it's a pretty decent price for the cabinet it is all metal and has a nice paint finish on it. If you don't mind buying your own better hardware or you have some already, you may be okay with buying this. But if you're planning to use the hardware that comes in the kit I probably say steer clear of this one. ... show more
