They did not attempt to build their own product before selling it. To start, screwing in the four screws for the tabletop was needlessly difficult. The metal cross sections interfere with the height of the provided screwdriver. The screws in general do not screw in snugly into those cheap plastic pieces they provide, so you have to use force at an angle. I didn’t have a shorter screwdriver for that size nor would my drill fit, so I ended up a “screwing” it in with pliers. Second, the only screws they don’t provide an extra for are the tips to connect under the table legs. Of course, one had a warped tread and would not screw in, even with pliers for extra grip. So with three functional ones, I had to opt to not use them at all. Lastly, the wood quality is sturdy enough to function as a table, but it definitely appears that one accidental impact will break it right in half. I wouldn’t buy this again for any price. Very easy to assemble (I recommend using a drill as it comes with a small screwdriver) EXCEPT when you get to the end putting the main part on- you will find it difficult screwing in the last screws all the way in due to the design of the iron legs. The cross bars get in the way which is why I recommend a drill to get the screws completely in to secure the table. But it is a great sturdy table once you get those in. ... show more

First and foremost, this table took all of 20 minutes to assemble. Super easy, my boyfriend hardly even needed me for most of it. So I’d say 1 person could easily assemble this on their own. It’s not super heavy duty, but that’s also a plus because it’s easy to move around. We haven’t really broken it in yet and won’t for a while since we’re not moved into the place yet but I’ll edit this review if I find any issues down the road. I didn’t have high hopes because I’ve been ripped off by amazon furniture before but so far, I have no complaints! ... show more

The table looks great, is very sturdy and easy to put together for one person. However, I'm rating 3 instead of 5 stars because there was a fibrous type of material (looked like fiberglass shavings) all over the parts and it was difficult to remove. I spent 15 minutes vacuuming it all off of the wood and metal and also off of my floor and I had to wash my hands/arms and change clothes because it was all over me as well from taking it out of the box. ... show more
