The company was so nice! I had ordered my 2nd tank after being very satisfied with my first tank. The 2nd tank was defective and customer service sent a replacement tank within a few days and it works great. The tank has enough gas to fill multiple foil balloons. I used the 1st tank to refill a balloon bouquet I received in December and just purchased another tank in September! Thanks Great Whip!

The tank did not blow up more than 50 balloons. It is supposed to blow up 100. I used the tank to blowup the balloons that came with it....they were not large.

Pretty good little tank of helium cheaper than purchasing at target. Not sure if it really fills up as many balloons as it says it can, but it was good enough. I’ve bought it a few times.

This was a great sized tank. Used for a corporate event. The tank was easy to set up and use. The directions are printed right on the box. The ballon’s lasted all day. Everyone was happy. Was easy to pop out the disposal disc and the recycle man took it at the curb. I would buy again when needing ballon’s.

Expensive, but worth the money! I filled over 75 balloons and still had plenty of helium left over!! The balloons stayed inflated for about 24 hours before they started to lose any helium.

I’ve purchased this brand many times in the past from different sellers and physical stores, and this is the first time that the balloons floated for 8 hours or less, both latex and foil balloons. I had to go to the store and purchase a whole new tank and balloons last minute to get ready for my son’s graduation. I contacted the seller and the only thing they were “able” to do for me is give me a $13 refund on a newly $100 item that did not work properly. Although they were quick to respond to my concerns, they did not fairly resolve my issue. To top it off, the tank I purchased in the store was $30 cheaper! I’m sure not everyone’s experience with this product has been bad, but I will never purchase from this store again.
