I purchased this cleaner last minute to try and revive a pair of suede sneakers that I want to take to Europe next week. I have only worn the shoes a handful of times, but the white soles get really dirty, super fast, and not even a magic eraser would take off the dirt and scuff marks. Welp…I used this right after it was delivered today, and my dirty soles are almost like new, I would say it took about 92% of the city grime off of the shoes. I sprayed the entire shoe, allowed them to sit for five minutes, then I just took a damp cloth and put in a little elbow grease…and voila! Clean! The cleaner even took off some stuff from the suede, which I thought was permanent damage, but apparently it was just embedded dirt. The cleaner is a little tough on the lungs, so you might want to spray this outside or wear a mask as you are spraying your shoes. ... show more

I purchased this cleaner to use for cleaning golf gloves. I purchase better more expensive gloves so extending their life a little is worth it to me. Plus I started wearing black gloves and you cannot see the dirt on them like you can white gloves, but it's there none the less. Grandma's Secret Sneaker Cleaner works perfectly. I just spray the palm of the glove while wearing it and use a soft cotton cloth to wipe it off. After doing this a couple times the cloth comes back clean so I know the bulk of the dirt has been removed. It does not dry out the leather or make it stiff in any way or leave any odor behind either. I was a little surprised at the size of the bottle (it being smaller than expected), but it does not take much to clean a golf glove so it was a decent value. However, if you are buying it to clean tennis shoes you may not get as much mileage. As a cleaner though for synthetic leather gloves I can recommend it without hesitation. ... show more

The cleaner worked great on both the inside and outside of my shoes and was very easy to use. You need to rinse well as described on the container. For some reason the scent or the chemicals in the product stung my lungs when used inside my closed garage. It worked better for me to use the cleaner with the garage doors open, or outside or when I was wearing a mask. Could be the others may not have that problem. ... show more

I don’t know what made me decide to add this to my cart, but I’m cleaning my house and I pulled a bag out of the closet that had stubborn stains and grease stains that I previously had been unable to remove. Besides the item that evidently had bleach spilled on it (removal of color doesn’t really count as a stain), this cleaner solved all of them! I have so many shirts that I can wear again! And with the new baby, some of her messes took multiple washes unless I use this. I came back to write this review before buying this again in the 16 oz spray bottle. I’ve tried everything to clean my white All Birds tree climbers. I wash them regularly, I’ve tried oxy clean, revolve stain remover, tide sticks, etc. This product is the only thing that works. I scrub it on the spots and let it sit a couple hours then I wash them and air dry them in the sun. There are still some light marks, but overall I’m impressed. ... show more
