This set is pretty comprehensive, it comes with balloons, signs, a big scissors and some other decor. The scissors are very sharp so be careful, I got cut with it. Apart from that, it's pretty standard and does the job. I purchased this for a ribbon cutting ceremony for my company's new office space. I was very pleased.

The worst scissors ever! Had a ribbon cutting today for my new restaurant and had vips come in for the ribbon cutting. The scissors would not cut the ribbon, making our grand opening not as smooth. Super embarrassing!
