I received 4 of the Charms but none of the plates came. Instead I received sticky dots, I'm not sure why. I tried to reach out but all it would give me was an option to refund and send back. That's not what I wanted to do.

The disc does not completely fit inside the charm. Such a bummer. These are a fantastic idea and unfortunately it looks bad with the disc sticking out since it doesn't fit.

I received 3 of the 4 plates to sub on. The plates are easy to bend and the globe was too small to fit the frame. Although, it did sub beautifully I had to force the plate into the frame because it seemed as if it was a tad too big to fit. Overall, I was not satisfied with the product

Very cool idea and loved that my daughter had this on her cap. Thankfully we are a crafty family because the clasp broke the day she needed it. They are heavy on the cap and get tangled easily. But they work for what you need it to.
